LASER CUTTING
Laser cutting is the most advanced sheet cutting technology, offering precise contours and extremely accurate dimensions. With our state-of-the-art Trumpf machines, we can efficiently cut thin sheets with high productivity and process thicker sheets, whether for custom products or large-scale series production.
Our Laser Cutting Capabilities:
- Sheet size: 3,000 x 1,500 mm
- Dimensional accuracy: +/- 0.1 mm
- Burr-free cutting
- Carbon steel cutting up to 20 mm thickness
- Stainless steel cutting up to 15 mm thickness

BENDING
Our highly tooled machines enable precise bending of sheets in various materials, including stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, copper, and other metal alloys. With our Baykal bending machines and skilled staff, we can safely undertake the production of even the most complex components.
Bending Capabilities:

PRESSING
Pressed components are manufactured in our 400 m² facility using hydraulic and eccentric machines. Uniquely in Hungary, we have an 800-ton eccentric press suitable for series production. Our 400-ton eccentric press is also equipped with a coil feeder, which is advantageous for large series production. We manufacture using both in-house and externally supplied tools, considering the specific needs and characteristics of our machinery.
Pressing Capabilities:
- From 100 T to 1,000 T
- Flatness tolerance up to 0.5 mm

ROBOTIC WELDING
In our series production processes, robotic welding is employed for tasks that demand high repeatability and precision. Our equipment is continuously upgraded, and in 2022, we expanded with two new Panasonic Dual-Head Welding Robots. As an automotive supplier, we ensure quality with 3D measuring machines and a destructive weld inspection laboratory. In 2016, we implemented the ISO 9001 quality management system and, in 2017, the ISO 14001 environmental management system. We can handle automated welding of smaller parts up to work pieces as large as 3 meters long and 1.5 meters wide. In 2024, our robotic welding lineup increased to 12 units.

MEASUREMENT AND WELD INSPECTION LAB
We operate a professionally equipped measurement lab that meets the expected standards of the automotive industry . The products we manufacture (laser-cut, pressed, welded) are measured using a 3D measuring machine, and welded structures are inspected with an articulated measuring arm according to blueprint specifications. Depending on the requirements, the welds of welded structures are inspected both visually and, based on the quantity, destructively. During weld inspections, we prepare grindings from the welds and evaluate them under a microscope according to the standard. With our lab, we are able to perform the highest level of quality control on any product we manufacture.

MANUAL WELDING
For small-series production or complex sheet metal parts, we employ manual welding. Our skilled professionals ensure high-quality and aesthetically pleasing work. Our equipment and expertise make us capable of welding structural steel, aluminum, and stainless steel sheet metal components – even as subcontract work.
Welding Capabilities:
